Who will win the LCK spring 2022?
FIFA 22

We are just a few days away from the kick-off of the 2022 LCK season. So one question remains to be answered that which team will shine in the new season. In this article, we will talk about the top teams that should make their mark in 2022.

Damwon Gaming

Damwon has been busy signing big names for the 2022 Spring Split. The team has recently picked up the bot lane duo, Kellin and Deokdam from NS and hope that they will deliver in possibly the toughest League of Legends region in the world. They will be competing against the likes of Deft BeryL, Gumayusi Keria, and Ruler Lehends. So it will be interesting to see how they will adjust in the next few weeks.

There is also exciting news coming from the top lane as  Khan had to leave the competitive landscape due to pending Korean Military Service. So a vital spot was vacant and was filled by Burdol. He competed in the 2020 World yet failed to produce a solid performance. It will be interesting to see how the young starlet will perform for Damwon after he was also linked to T1 and Gen G.

T1

There haven’t been any major changes for T1. As the team has managed to retain the majority of the roster for the 2022 season. The only change is the departure of Canna, meanwhile, we will be seeing Zeus in the starting role once again. He was a force to be reckoned with last season and he will likely continue to dominate in the upcoming season. He did produce some questionable performance in Worlds and it will be great for T1 if he manages to learn from his mistakes.

We hope that the old roster continues to shine. Oner played brilliantly, Faker continued to deliver on expectations, meanwhile, Gumayusi Keria proved to be the best Bot laner in LCK. Let’s see if the team managed to retain its solid chemistry in 2022.

Gen G

Without any doubt, Geng holds the strongest team for the 2022 season. The team has recruited Chovy and will be playing the carry role of the team. Meanwhile, they have also signed Peanut and have let go of Clid. These changes simply point to the fact that they want to generate as much farm as possible for Chovy. Another addition to the team is Doran. He was previously part of the KT Rolster team that failed miserably, yet he was the only one to generate solid stats for himself. Lastly, the team has made a major upgrade to the bot lane as well, with the recruitment of Lehends, one of the best Supports in the World.

Without any doubt, Gen G has made big investments in the team. Each player is brilliant in their way and is known to produce solid team chemistry. It is no doubt that Gen G is the #1 contender for the LCK title. However other teams will surely give them a tough time as LCK is known to be extremely competitive and unpredictable.
