Scump On Being A Team Oakley Athlete

Scump just went through an elaborate interview detailing his career as a Team Oakley Athlete and his overall performance in COD: Vanguard.

In case you didn’t know by now, Seth “Scump” Abner is pretty much widely regarded as one of the very best Call of Duty players that has ever joined the roster and that’s a fact.

As we are heading into 2022, he has hinted at the fact that he could be going into a new team, a team with a roster picked out by himself. He stated that he is most likely going to be getting into a team with Brandon “Dashy” Otell, Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro and the infamous Indervir “iLLeY” Dhaliwal.

As of 2021 he is also an official Team Oakley Athlete and through this new venture he has had several thoughts that he wanted to get off his chest.

First and foremost, when asked about his thoughts over the matter he stated that the new gaming frames from Oakley is a game-changer for sure.

These gaming frames are specifically tailored to help the players and protect their eyes through the many hours that they spend gaming in front of their monitors. On top of that these new frames also help the players notice certain details on the screen that they could never see before.

So, this technology has overall helped Scump a lot more than you’d think, to the point where he even credits them for being able to play for so long without getting screen fatigued.

As he is heading into CDL 2022 however, he has definitely had a lot of on his mind regarding over what needs to be done from this moment on as far as his gameplay goes.

He has stated that although he can be referred to as one of the best players in the world, he also needs to improve otherwise everyone else will soon catch up to him and surpass him in no time.

He has spent a lot of time playing the game but he has made it a personal goal for him to spend a lot more in the near future so as to improve to the point where he could really push his new team to the finals through his gameplay alone.

As far as the new release of Vanguard goes, he stated that from what he saw in the Beta, things are definitely looking great as the game appears to specialize in the best part that it could focus on aka fast paced action-based gameplay.

On top of that the numerous nostalgic maps such as Castle and Dome are always a great addition to the set making it so much cooler and more fun to play.
