In case you haven’t been keeping up with the latest news, Noahreyli from the famous team Become Legends has been banned right as he was taking part of the FNCS Qualifiers 2 Finals.
He was commonly referred to as one of the top players in the game, even amongst the pros he was considered to be one tier above them since he pretty much carried most matches during the season. He is also one of the few multiple-tine FNCS Finalists that still continues to place at the highest level every season.
He recently made a post about his ban on Twitter, asking why exactly it happened and what prompted this accidental ban to happen in the first place.
According to him, he doesn’t know any reason as to why this could have happened, although there have been speculations that the reason behind it is the same as the one from last season when MrSavage was banned.
The saddest part about this is the fact that they were actually in game when it happened, His two teammates, Vadeal and JannisZ literally were destroying their opponents when all of a sudden, they saw Noahreyli leave the game altogether.
Of course, the match was paused afterwards, but Noah couldn’t get back in game anymore since he reported that he was actually banned.
The worst part about it is the fact that after he was banned, his teammates were forced to play without him, which is strange since this is the opposite of what we saw last season with MrSavage.
Noahreyli also complained all over Twitter how MrSavage was given a ton of V-Bucks as compensation for the mistake while he didn’t receive anything despite the fact that all of the allegations were cleared and he was unbanned shortly after.
On top of all of that, the team pretty much couldn’t go on without him and they ended up missing out on a ton of points for the majority of the second match. They were hoping that the match could have been restarted or at the very least, that they could get a handicap of their own, but nope, nothing happened as of yet.
Epic have been pretty quiet about this mistake; they didn’t even mention why the ban was given in the first place which has led a lot of speculations to go awry in the community.
Although the three players are yet to be fully disqualified out of the season, they are a long way from the first place too thanks to this mistake of theirs.
This isn’t even Noahreyli’s first ban either, as he was banned around four months ago for a similar reason during the Thanos Cup.
He has stated multiple times over that if Epic don’t fix this mistake, then he’ll be forced to switch to a different game altogether. Epic have yet to comment over this, pretty much just avoiding the topic like the plague at all times.
