Faze Clan to hit the $1 billion mark

This esports organization has big goals for the year after consecutively having huge investments and cooperation with large corporations.

Esports organization Faze Clan has announced that it is about to become a public company and is on the verge of a merger with the B. Riley Principal 150 Merger consortium. According to a representative of this organization, The amount agreed in this deal is estimated at up to 1 billion USD. 

Faze Clan is an esports organization that works in various games and is most famous for CS:GO, Fortnite, and Call of Duty, among others. Recently, this organization has created a tsunami in the entertainment and streaming industry with the cooperation agreement with NICKMERCS. The first person in the esports field to be signed by sportswear manufacturer Under Amour. And at the same time one of the extremely popular streamers on Twitch. Recently NICKMERCS was also honored to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine.

Some reports also indicate that this organization will be listed on NASDAQ. The world’s largest stock exchange next year with the organization’s logo. But some have countered Faze’s claims when they say they have valued at $1 billion. Jacob Wolf of Dot Esports pointed out that even TSM, after its massive merger deal with Swift, is only worth half of Faze’s estimate.

Whether this is true or not, Faze Clan has expected to be big on spending next year. While they have diversified their media categories, they will likely continue to expand and branch out their business categories. Some speculate that this could be related to the hardware, software, or esports-related industries to form a separate ecosystem of this organization.
